FMC Corporate Political Contributions Reporting

FMC Corporation’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (Code) provides corporate governance, control, oversight, and procedural guidance for FMC corporate contributions to political candidates and causes. The Code is available on the company’s website and applies to all of the company’s employees, officers, and directors, as well as its agents when appropriate.
