Pierre R. Brondeau, Ph. D. , Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Pierre R. Brondeau became chief executive officer of FMC in June 2024. Pierre has served as chairman of the board since October 2010, and was also chief executive officer of FMC from January 2010 until June 2020; president from January 2010 until May 2018; and executive chairman from June 2020 to April 2021.
Before joining the Company as president and CEO in January 2010, Pierre served as president and CEO, Dow Advanced Materials Division, until his retirement in September 2009. Prior to Dow’s acquisition of Rohm and Haas Company in April 2009, he was president and chief operating officer of Rohm and Haas from May 2008. Pierre held numerous executive positions during his tenure at Rohm and Haas from 1989 through May 2008 in Europe and the United States, with global responsibilities for marketing, sales, research and development, engineering, technology and operations.
Pierre previously served as a member of the board of directors of TE Connectivity Ltd., Marathon Oil Corporation and Livent Corporation.

Ronaldo Pereira , President

Ronaldo Pereira was named president in June 2024. Ronaldo has been with FMC for nearly 28 years in marketing, business development and commercial leadership positions, most recently serving as executive vice president and president of the Americas region. He joined the Company as a field agronomist in 1995 and advanced through a series of roles in marketing, sales, product management and business development across Latin America before moving to the United States as the global director of strategic marketing in 2008. In 2011, he moved to Brazil to assume commercial responsibilities before leaving FMC to lead the Rotam CropSciences business in Brazil. In 2016, Ronaldo returned to FMC as general manager, Brazil before expanding his role as Vice President, Latin America. He has served as President, FMC Americas, being also responsible for the Specialty Solutions business as well as Plant Health.
Originally from Londrina, Brazil, he has lived in Brazil, Mexico and the U.S. at different stages of his career. He currently serves as chair of the board at Croplife Latin America and a board member at the American Chemistry Council.

Brian P. Angeli , Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Brian P. Angeli serves as executive vice president and chief marketing officer for FMC Corporation. In this role, Brian oversees portfolio management, new product launch strategies and strategic global partnerships, and will retain responsibility for FMC’s Precision Agriculture organization.

Brian previously served as vice president, Corporate Strategy and Precision & Digital Agriculture and prior to that, vice president of Corporate Strategy and treasurer. He joined FMC in 2014 as vice president, Corporate Strategy and Development. Before coming to FMC, Brian was a vice president in the Investment Banking Division, and member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Brian focused on the natural resources sector, was a leading advisor in the chemical and agricultural sectors and had extensive experience with mergers and acquisition transactions.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Boston College and received his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.

Brian Blair , Vice President and Treasurer

Brian Blair serves as vice president and treasurer of FMC Corporation. In this role, Brian is responsible for advising on the company’s equity and debt financing, overseeing global currency strategies and for maintaining credit rating agency and banking relationships.

Brian joined FMC in 2010 as Corporate Finance manager and has held roles of increasing responsibility in the Treasury function. He was most recently named deputy treasurer in 2018. Prior to FMC, Brian was a derivatives consultant at Chatham Financial, and served as a submarine warfare officer in the U.S. Navy from 1997 to 2005.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from Boston University.

Bill Chester , Vice President, Global Tax

Bill joined FMC in January 2013 as the director of global tax accounting, assuming additional responsibilities for Global Transfer Pricing and International Tax in 2014. Bill was appointed to vice president of Tax in November 2015. He previously worked for Ernst & Young, Checkpoint Systems, Aramark in roles of increasing responsibility.

Bill is a CPA and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wesley College and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Villanova University.

Barry J. Crawford , Vice President, Transformation Management

Barry Crawford joined FMC in February, 2012 as the vice president of Operations, with more than 25 years of global manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering experience in the specialty chemical industry. In 2024, Barry was named the vice president, Transformation Management. In this role he oversees the company's transformation journey.

Barry joined FMC from The Dow Chemical Company, where he most recently led manufacturing, engineering, and the technical organization for Dow Coating Materials. He began his career as a chemical engineer in the U.K. with Schering Agrochemical in 1986, and joined Rohm and Haas Company in 1988 as a production engineer at its biocides plant in Jarrow, U.K. He held various manufacturing and engineering positions of increasing responsibility at Rohm and Haas, including Ion Exchange Resins research engineer, Philadelphia Plant manager, regional operations director for the Paint and Coating Materials Division, and global operations director, responsible for manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain at more than 30 facilities around the world.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, U.K.

Patrick Day , Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations

Patrick (Pat) Day serves as vice president of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Investor Relations (IR) for FMC Corporation. In his role, Pat leads the global financial planning and management reporting processes which support strategic planning and investment decision making, as well as oversees all investor relations activities.

Pat joined FMC in 2013 as director, Finance Transformation, a role in which he served as a leader of the company's One Finance program. He moved to the FMC European Innovation Center in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2016 after being named regional finance director for FMC's Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. In 2020, Pat returned to FMC's headquarters in Philadelphia to assume the role of global FP&A director. Prior to FMC, he spent six years each with Deloitte Consulting and United Technologies Corporation in a variety of Finance and Finance Transformation roles.

Pat earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania and his master's degree in accounting and tax from the University of Connecticut.

Julie DiNatale , Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer

Julie DiNatale is the vice president and chief sustainability officer at FMC Corporation. She joined FMC in 2023 with more than 25 years of experience in the agricultural and chemical industries. Most recently Julie was the Commercial and Strategic Partnerships Leader at Truterra, a division of Land O’Lakes, supporting large food, fiber and fuel companies achieve their sustainability goals. Before her career in agriculture, Julie spent a decade in sustainability, health and safety for a large chemical manufacturer.

Julie grew up in Western New York where she spent summers on her cousin’s dairy farm. She earned a B.S. in Environmental Science from Michigan State University’s College of Agriculture, and an M.S. in Environmental Toxicology from the University of Rochester.

Darren Dillenbeck , Vice President, North America

Darren Dillenbeck was named vice president, North America in March 2024. He previously served as president of U.S. Crop since 2022 where he was responsible for the U.S. commercial strategy.

Before joining FMC in 2018 as the country leader of FMC Canada, Darren was Sales Director for Dow AgroSciences based in western Canada. While there he held numerous commercial leadership roles of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, and general management. He has deep knowledge of the crop protection industry and has an impressive track record of business, employee development and safety results.

Darren earned his Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of New Brunswick.

Bénédicte Flambard, Ph.D. , Vice President, Plant Health

Dr. Bénédicte Flambard joined FMC in 2019 and has successfully directed FMC’s Plant Health business into new high-growth areas across an extensive platform of biologicals, seed treatment and micronutrient product solutions. During her tenure, FMC Plant Health has grown substantially, launched several new biological products, and strengthened its discovery and development pipelines with promising new biological solutions. She has also led investments in the expansion of our biological laboratories and greenhouses at the European Innovation Center (EIC) and has been instrumental in the recent acquisition and integration of BioPhero, the leading pheromones research and production company in Denmark.

Prior to joining FMC in 2019, Bénédicte led the Live Biotherapeutics & Nutraceuticals business at Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Germany. Earlier in her career, she held a variety of research and commercial roles of increasing responsibility at Chr. Hansen A/S in Denmark. Bénédicte earned a master of science in microbial ecology and a doctorate in molecular genetics and microbial physiology from the National Institute of Agronomic Research in Paris, a masters in business creation, entrepreneurial leadership from the Technical University of Denmark and an MBA from the University of Bath in England.

Renato Guimarães , Vice President and President, FMC Latin America

Renato Guimarães was named vice president and president, FMC Latin America in April 2024. Prior to joining FMC, Renato served as the chief executive officer of Sinagro, one of the largest and fastest-growing retailers in Brazil.

Throughout his career, Renato held multiple leadership roles in Sales and Marketing for more than two decades at Sandoz, Novartis and Syngenta in Brazil, where he was instrumental in gaining market share, introducing new products and advancing market access. With his extensive experience on both sides of the table—in addition to running his own farm—Renato has a unique view of the ag industry and the opportunities and challenges facing crop protection today and in the future.

Renato graduated as an Agronomist from the School of Agriculture of Lavras (ESAL) in Brazil and earned his MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.

Thaisa Hugenneyer , Executive Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain

Thaisa Hugenneyer was elected Executive Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain in 2024. In this role she has responsibility for Global Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Global Facilities, Procurement, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS).

Most recently, Thaisa was the vice president, Procurement, Logistics and Global Facilities -- a role she had served in since 2021. Thaisa joined FMC in 2011 and held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in the Procurement function and was instrumental in supporting acquisition and separation activities. Thaisa previously worked in a variety of procurement roles at Rohm and Haas Company and DuPont. 

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Maua University in Brazil and an MBA from Drexel University.

Amie Leopold , Vice President, Communications & Public Affairs

Amie Leopold was named vice president, Communications & Public Affairs, in July 2024. She is responsible for FMC’s corporate brand and reputation, internal and external communications, technology and product branding, global public affairs and executive communications.

Prior to her current role, Amie was director of Global Marketing Communications where she led FMC’s integrated marketing communication programs and global launch strategies for the company’s newest crop protection products, digital agriculture technologies and new business lines, including FMC Plant Health, FMC Precision Agriculture and the Arc® farm intelligence platform. She also oversaw global communications for brand protection initiatives around the world.

Amie began her career at an advertising and public relations firm near Philadelphia before joining BASF Corporation in North Carolina as Marketing Communications manager for the crop protection business. In 2008, she joined FMC as manager of Marketing Intelligence and Communications for the North American Crop business, and four years later was named manager of Communications for FMC Environmental Solutions. She was promoted to director of Global Communications and Public Affairs for PeroxyChem when FMC’s former Peroxygens business was sold in 2014. She joined AgroFresh in 2018 as director of Global Communications before returning to FMC in late 2019.

Amie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Elizabethtown College. She is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society and serves on the board of University City District, Schuylkill River Development Corporation and the Abington Health Foundation.

Susanne Lingard , Vice President, Regulatory Affairs

Susanne Lingard, vice president of Regulatory Affairs, joined FMC Corporation in November 2017 with the FMC-DuPont transaction. As the global leader of the Company’s regulatory affairs team, Susanne is responsible for developing global regulatory strategies for innovative technologies and ensuring that research programs are informed and structured to meet US, European and other regulatory requirements.

With over 25 years of regulatory affairs experience, Susanne has worked for FMC, DuPont and BASF, in addition to the Pest Management Regulatory Agency (Canadian government). Prior to entering the regulatory field, Susanne conducted environmental fate and ecotoxicology research at Trent University with a focus on trace metals, and specializing in mercury, lead and cadmium. Prior to this, she operated her own environmental consulting company.

Susanne completed her B.S. in Biochemistry at the University of Waterloo and conducted a master’s degree in Watershed Ecosystems at Trent University.

Nicholas L. Pfeiffer , Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer

Nicholas Pfeiffer has been elected an FMC vice president, effective November 1, 2015, and serves as our corporate controller and chief accounting officer. In addition to his controller responsibilities, he will oversee the Tax group. Nicholas joined FMC in 2004 as a manager, and was later named a director of External Reporting. In 2012, he was promoted to assistant corporate controller, and a year later was named corporate controller and chief accounting officer. Nicholas previously held accounting positions of increasing responsibility with Comcast Corporation and KPMG, and has deep capabilities in SEC regulatory and controls. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LaSalle University and his MBA from Temple University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.

Sebastià Pons , Vice President and President, FMC Europe, Middle East, Africa

Sebastià Pons, vice president and president FMC Europe, Middle East, Africa, joined FMC in 2017 with the FMC-DuPont transaction as portfolio strategy and strategic marketing director for the EMEA region. Sebas has more than 25 years of experience in the crop protection industry, most of them at DuPont in a variety of technical and commercial leadership roles, including management of the P&L for South Europe in 2015.

During his career, Sebas has contributed to the technical, marketing and sales development of key assets including the diamide franchise. He is focused on driving strategic value creation and has a passion for building strong marketing and sales competencies within his organization.

Sebas has a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from the University of Seville, a master’s degree and PhD in Agronomy from the University of Lleida, and an MBA from EUNCET-UPC Business School in Spain.

Michael F. Reilly , Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Michael F. Reilly was named executive vice president, general counsel and secretary in April 2019. He joined FMC in 2002 as group counsel for the Agricultural Solutions business with responsibility for all business legal affairs, including M&A, joint ventures, litigation, and compliance. He was named assistant general counsel and group counsel for Agricultural Solutions in 2004 and was promoted to associate general counsel in 2013. Michael was named vice president, associate general counsel and chief compliance officer in 2016, with responsibility for the company’s ethics and compliance processes, as well as support of quarterly SEC disclosures and continued oversight of global Agricultural Solutions legal initiatives.

Prior to FMC, he served in several legal roles of increasing responsibility for Zeneca Inc., Zeneca Ag Products, Inc. and Syngenta Corporation. Earlier in his career, Michael worked as an attorney in private practice, specializing in litigation and environmental law, at the law firms of Sidley & Austin in New York and Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll in Philadelphia.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and his juris doctorate from Harvard Law School. He previously served as a director at Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent, a provider of pro bono legal services, for which he remains active as a volunteer.

Seva Rostovtsev, Ph.D. , Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Seva Rostovtsev, Ph.D. assumed the role of vice president and chief technology officer in April of 2023 and was elected executive vice president in February 2024. In this role he oversees FMC’s global network of more than 800 scientists located in India, Brazil, France, Denmark and the United States and their collective effort to cultivate FMC’s robust discovery and development pipelines.

Previously, Seva served as FMC’s director of Discovery Chemistry for Agricultural Solutions. Prior to FMC, he held research and technical leadership roles throughout DuPont beginning in 2003, including Process Chemistry and Engineering, Emerging Technologies and Fungicide Discovery Chemistry.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the Higher Chemical College in Moscow, Russia, a Master of Science in chemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology. As a post-doc in the Sharpless lab at The Scripps Research Institute, Seva was one of the co-inventors of copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry, which won the 2022 Nobel Prize in Chemistry.

Andrew D. Sandifer , Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Andrew D. Sandifer was named executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer in May 2018. Andrew joined FMC in 2010 as vice president, Strategic Development, with overall responsibility for all Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategic Planning activities. He was named vice president, Corporate Transformation in 2014 and led several efforts to transform FMC’s portfolio, including leading the enterprise-wide integration of Cheminova A/S, a global agricultural chemical company acquired by FMC, until being named Treasurer in 2016.

Before joining FMC, Andrew was vice president, Strategic Initiatives, for ARAMARK Corporation. Prior to ARAMARK, he spent seven years with Rohm and Haas Company, now part of The Dow Chemical Company, where he held roles in Strategic Planning, Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and General Management. Earlier in his career Andrew spent five years with the Boston Consulting Group and held engineering, operations and technical roles with International Paper and James River Paper companies.

Andrew earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Andrew serves on the Board of Directors for Koppers Holdings Inc., as well as on the Board of Trustees of Germantown Academy, where he is a member of the Finance, Audit, and Investment Committees. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Philabundance, the leading hunger relief organization in the Delaware Valley, from 2014 – 2022, serving as Board Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee from 2017 – 2022.

Jacqueline Scanlan , Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Jacqueline (Jackie) Scanlan joined FMC as executive vice president and chief human resources officer in September 2023.

Jackie has more than 25 years of experience in HR management, including senior leadership roles at companies including Axalta Coating Systems, Haemonetics Corporation, Novo Nordisk and Campbell Soup Company. Her career has covered the spectrum of HR disciplines, with significant focus in areas including change and talent management, leadership development, organization culture and functional HR excellence. In addition to leading the global Human Resources organization, Jackie oversees the global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy and team.

She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Joseph’s University and a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Pramod Thota , Vice President and President, FMC Asia Pacific

Pramod Thota was named vice president and president, FMC Asia Pacific in July 2022.Prior to his election, Pramod was president of FMC U.S.A. since early 2021, after serving as president of FMC India for four years beginning 2017.

Pramod joined FMC in 2012 as director of strategy and development, and in 2014 was named business director of FMC Global Specialty Solutions. Prior to FMC, he worked in a variety of strategy and engineering leadership roles throughout the U.S. and India, including Booz & Company, GES Inc., Virginia Tech and WIPRO Technologies.

Pramod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (India), a Master of Science (MS) in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, as well as an MBA in Strategy from Duke University.

Abizar ‘Zack’ Zaki , Vice President, Strategy, M&A and Venture Capital

Abizar ‘Zack’ Zaki was named VP Strategy, M&A and Venture Capital in May 2024. In this role he is responsible for directing FMC's long-term growth strategy and broad strategic planning initiatives, including business development, mergers and acquisitions and corporate venture capital activities.

Prior to this, Zack was Head of Investor Relations since July 2021. He joined FMC in 2013 as Director, Strategic Development, with responsibility for Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategic Planning activities across several businesses. He was named Director of Global Specialty Solutions in 2017 with full P&L responsibility and led the growth and expansion of that business into new segments and geographies through 2021.

Before joining FMC, Zack spent several years with Booz & Company, a strategy consulting firm, which is now part of PwC. During his time at Booz & Company, he led projects as Engagement Manager across chemicals, industrials and oil & gas sectors focused on growth strategy, M&A, cost reduction and designing operating models. Early in his career, Zack held engineering-operations and commercial-support roles with Honeywell in the chemicals and oil & gas sectors.

Zack earned his bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University’s Institute of Chemical Technology and received his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
